Debra Jordan's journey to becoming the CEO of HenEdna Corporation is as inspiring as it is remarkable. It all started with a simple conversation between Debra and her father on a Saturday afternoon as they drove past her elementary school.

Her father asked a young Debra what she wanted to do with her life when she grew up, to which she confidently declared her aspiration to become the president of a major family corporation, much like General Motors, Ford, or Chrysler. Her father, always a guiding influence, was intrigued and asked, "That sounds good, but how do you plan to do it?"

Debra's response was a testament to her determination and drive. She outlined her path to success: she would first earn a law degree, gain valuable experience working for a corporation, and then eventually start her own venture.

Fast forward to today, and Debra has not only fulfilled her childhood ambition but has also exceeded it. With over 27 years of experience in state government, large corporations, and various industries, she now leads HenEdna Corporation with a vision to empower others on their entrepreneurial journeys.

HenEdna's mission is a direct reflection of Debra's commitment to helping businesses grow while ensuring fairness and equity. Her passion for creating a better future for economically underserved populations and her dedication to simplifying the path to business success drive every aspect of HenEdna's innovative ecosystem.

Debra's journey, from that childhood conversation to the dynamic leadership of HenEdna, exemplifies the power of dreams, determination, and the pursuit of excellence. It's a story that continues to inspire and guide the mission of HenEdna Corporation.
