To ensure the quality and professionalism of our legal services, contracting attorneys must meet the following criteria:
- Licensing: Be licensed in the jurisdiction where legal services are performed.
- Good Standing: Maintain good standing with the licensing entity in that jurisdiction.
- Insurance: Maintain professional liability and errors and omissions insurance with minimum annual limits of $100,000 for each occurrence and $300,000 in the aggregate.
